The short film Terms and Conditions has completed its festival run and is now available to stream for free.

The short film Terms and Conditions was an experiment to see what two people, in this case a father and son team, could do with almost nothing. The film below was shot using equipment and software that was already on hand. The total value of which was less than $2,000 when purchased new. The total expenses for the film were about $120, the bulk of which were two new pairs of running shoes that feature prominently in the film.
